I’ve been interested in web design and development since I found out what a website was. My passion for the field comes from its rapidly changing and demanding nature. I began creating websites for companies when I was only 13 years old. Knowing little more than basic HTML and basic graphic design, my take-charge approach allowed for a successful start in the field.
Within the next few years, I met a friend that shared the same web design and development passion as I. My friend and I took 3 days to go door to door in a few industrial parks. These quick 3 days proved to be successful as we secured meetings with 6 different companies, and ended up closing four thousand dollars worth of work.
I became more serious about internet development when I received a call from an advertising agency out of Ann Arbor inviting me to interview with them. Soon after, I was offered a full time position as the Director of Internet Production. There, I was heavily introduced to their large operation of paid and natural SEO work. After all, a very well designed website is pretty useless if it gets no traffic. With my experience there overseeing a small team of developers as well as the client management aspect, I’m able to hit the ground running on any task assigned to me.
Since leaving there to pursue better opportunities, I’ve been engaged by companies such as: Compuware, Borders, and Pulte homes to contribute my unique experience to a wide variety of projects. My communication skills along with my problem solving skills help allow me to produce consistently accurate and desired results.
