Ember details how Facebook is giving advertisers a way to buy video ads using a ratings metric comparable to what’s used for buying TV commercials and a mobile polling feature to easier view the effectiveness of mobile campaigns. Google is now letting marketers target consumers’ email addresses with its new tool Customer Match.
