I make a lot of phone calls to businesses just like yours, and one of the most frustrating aspects of the call is listening to a long list of names and departments delivered by a recording. I’m just wondering if the savings of NOT having a human answering your phone isn’t negating all of the money you are spending on promoting your business.

  • Do you think a recorded answer makes your business sound big… or small?
