OPENING SALVO IN TV UPFRONT

Magna Global announces they’re moving $250 million from Broadcast TV to YouTube this season.  Some see it as reality based on the decline in viewership. Others see it as a negotiation ploy, according to an article by Jim Rutenberg of The New York Times.
